De functie
Develop and maintain the internal compliance program, ensuring adherence to consumer and banking regulations.
Assess compliance risks, implement monitoring controls, and monitor adherence to regulations with follow-up actions.
Formulate, implement, update, and review policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements; inform management of changes.
Coordinate compliance training, respond to regulators and auditors, and prepare for audits and examinations.
Lead the Compliance Committee, administer the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program, and serve as the compliance resource across departments.
Directly supervise assigned staff, align activities with the annual operating plan and department budget, and ensure timely inquiries and reporting.
