De functie
Lead influencer strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across the marketing funnel.
Oversee paid influencer campaigns from ideation to execution, including budgeting, outreach, contracts, and asset management.
Develop and nurture long-term talent relationships and affiliate programs (ShopMy, LTK) to boost revenue.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to support campaigns and content needs.
Manage a small marketing team, driving performance, development, and cross-team collaboration.
Analyze weekly and monthly influencer KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to refine strategy.
