De functie
Lead and coach a team of Managers and Senior Managers to execute a strategic sales vision for CNS, psychiatry, and neuroscience markets in the Pacific Area.
Drive sales performance, accelerate market initiatives, and develop people through hands-on coaching and field leadership.
Oversee market initiatives, align internal resources, and optimize the customer experience with cross-functional partners.
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals, informed by market trends and feedback.
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and communicate strategic direction to area teams while maintaining rigorous compliance.
Spend a minimum of 4 days/month in the field, creating relationships with treating HCPs and supporting Regional Sales Managers and Representatives.
