De functie
Define and govern omnichannel hotel content strategy, aligning stakeholder goals with content requirements to power web, app, email, and AI-driven tools.
Lead audits and gap analyses to determine content reuse opportunities, restructuring needs, and new content specifications.
Design and maintain taxonomies, metadata, tagging standards, and content models to enable reuse and machine interpretation.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Catalog, and Engineering to translate use cases into structured content and governance rules.
Establish best practices, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows for human and AI-generated content, ensuring quality and scale.
Drive cross-functional initiatives, manage change, and support AI-enabled content creation and optimization.
