De functie
Lead and coordinate end-to-end web programs across multiple markets, ensuring timely delivery, budgets, and cross-initiative alignment.
Own portfolio prioritization, intake and planning, partner with Technology and business stakeholders to align with enterprise strategy.
Provide cross-functional leadership across content, design, development, SEO, analytics, and platform stakeholders.
Oversee program health, governance adherence, risk management, issue tracking, and change impact through launch and hypercare.
Define and track KPIs, analyze web traffic, user behavior, and SEO metrics to deliver actionable improvements.
Foster continuous improvement through structured retrospectives, governance standardization, and efficient delivery processes.
