De functie
Provide independent nursing care in the Cath Lab as a Clinical Nurse 2, partnering with the health care team to ensure safe, evidence-based cardiac care.
Deliver patient care across the lifespan (infancy to elderly) using the nursing process and professional practice standards.
Collaborate with interprofessional teams to coordinate care across the continuum and optimize patient outcomes.
Engage in continuous quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and data-driven decision making.
Promote person and family-centered care, safety, and the use of health information technology to support clinical practice.
Demonstrate professionalism by seeking feedback, leading practice improvements, and pursuing ongoing development.
