De functie
We are seeking a strategic Assistant General Counsel to partner with the General Counsel in scaling a national professional services firm's legal function.
You will manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS and data protection addenda, and related SOWs.
You will assess contractual risk, provide pragmatic guidance to partners and leadership, and serve as an escalation point for complex terms.
You will drive legal operations by modernizing workflows, implementing CLM tools and AI-assisted review, and establishing metrics.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, information security, risk management, and business teams to ensure compliance.
This role offers significant visibility, executive-level communication, and the opportunity to shape the legal function's growth and technology strategy.
