De functie
Own end-to-end influencer, affiliate, and content initiatives to drive revenue through partnerships and high-performing assets.
Source, recruit, negotiate, and manage creator relationships; develop briefs and oversee campaign execution.
Track performance (ROAS, CAC, LTV), optimize campaigns, and identify long-term partner opportunities.
Grow the affiliate program, onboard new partners, monitor commissions, and ensure FTC compliance.
Coordinate content calendar, repurpose UGC across paid and owned channels, and manage asset library.
Provide weekly/monthly analytics, actionable insights tied to revenue impact, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-scaling DTC brand; hybrid in Santa Monica.
