De functie
Lead the ML engineering strategy for a fast-moving safety team focused on protecting community health and user safety.
Develop, deploy, and maintain ML models and strategies to detect and mitigate risks such as fake accounts and inauthentic engagement.
Architect scalable, real-time risk detection systems and enforcement pipelines to ensure a safe user experience.
Manage day-to-day engineering operations, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product, Data Science, and Operations to define the technical roadmap, milestones, and timely delivery of key initiatives.
Communicate complex results to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive measurable impact across the user base.
