Sr. Product Compliance Analyst

As a Sr. Product Compliance Analyst, apply GHS, TSCA, REACH, CARB expertise to ensure paints and consumer goods meet global regulatory standards.
Author and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and review product labeling for accurate safety warnings.
Support regulatory registrations, track chemical inventory, and gather supplier regulatory/compositional data using internal databases.
Monitor evolving regulations (GHS, TSCA, DSL, DOT/IATA/IMDG/RCRA) and communicate impact on formulations and products to cross‑functional teams.
Prepare regulatory reports and respond to inquiries, provide guidance, and deliver training on compliance topics.
Collaborate with R&D, EH&S, Quality, Manufacturing, and Legal to resolve challenges and mentor teammates in a proactive, detail‑oriented way.
