仕事内容
Provide practical legal guidance on global marketing, advertising, consumer protection, product safety, and sustainability statutes and pending legislation.
Partner with Marketing on brand initiatives, claims, contests, sweepstakes, charitable campaigns, and influencer engagements.
Advise Planning and Marketing on pricing and promotions, including delivering trainings on these topics.
Support compliance around gift card terms, return policies, and general customer service concerns.
Assist Regulatory and Quality Assurance in product compliance, labeling, child safety, and handling customer complaints; support sustainability regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside counsel, and global partners, and stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment; this role requires JD and U.S. bar eligibility, with Ohio eligibility preferred.
