Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for offshore mechanical equipment to enhance reliability and uptime.
Leverage CMMS to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities and capture equipment history.
Monitor equipment performance and reliability, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Support offshore maintenance teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance to resolve mechanical issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with operations and engineering to optimize equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
