The Estimator develops precise, detailed, and competitive estimates for masonry projects to win work and ensure profitability.
Prepare accurate takeoffs, complete bid packages, and deliver bids on time, every time.
Build and maintain strong builder relationships, acting as the main customer representative.
Create informative preconstruction transmittals and assist with permits as needed.
Read and interpret architectural, shop, structural, and civil drawings; apply strong negotiation and communication skills.
Stay organized under pressure, adapt to flexible hours, and support the Project Manager with additional tasks.
