仕事内容
Oversee on-site catering operations for events, leading service staff and ensuring flawless execution from load-in to load-out.
Serve as the primary client contact on site, conduct FOH briefings, and align timelines with culinary and sales teams.
Coordinate menu integrity, dietary requirements, and service timing with the Executive Chef and onsite staff.
Manage warehouse operations, inventory, equipment, and supplies, including driving company vans and loading trucks.
Ensure uniforms, grooming standards, safety compliance, and accurate timesheets and post-event notes are completed.
Enhance efficiency by reviewing event folders, pull lists, and client feedback to improve future events.
