Machine Learning Researcher

We are seeking a software-engineering–minded ML researcher to train and optimize large language models on specialized hardware. You will run quality evaluations, build and operate distributed infrastructure for training and inference, and advise on ML-driven hardware architecture. The role emphasizes software engineering excellence, experience with neural networks (ideally LLMs), and the ability to optimize neural networks for hardware efficiency (FLOPs, memory bandwidth, precision, parallel layout, and batch sizing).
