仕事内容
Lead complex data analysis to drive process improvements and strategic reporting across Finance systems.
Develop and execute strategic reports, write queries and macros, and build databases to support accurate balance sheet and P&L reporting.
Ensure internal controls while partnering with IT on system enhancements and track requested changes.
Manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, lead operational meetings, and contribute to goal setting and management reporting.
Support software releases and transition legacy systems to core processing, documenting enterprise solutions.
Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance with 5+ years in healthcare finance and project management; MBA/CPA/CFA and Facets/Macess experience preferred.
