仕事内容
Prepare and estimate budget costs for commercial construction projects, including labor and material costs.
Develop and manage estimates across multiple ongoing projects, from planning to completion.
Utilize conceptual design and value engineering to optimize budgets and project value.
Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans to stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while also working autonomously when needed.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of commercial construction estimating, a construction management degree preferred, and proficiency with Procore and estimating software.
