Principal Industrial Engineer – Satellite Production
仕事内容
Architect and scale the end-to-end satellite production system, including production flow, facility design, capacity modeling, and manufacturing infrastructure.
Define readiness milestones and support the transition from development to full-rate production while maintaining manufacturability.
Design facility layouts, production zoning, cleanrooms, ESD controls, and material flow to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Integrate MGSE/EGSE ecosystems, environmental and functional test capacity, and digital traceability into production workflows.
Lead pilot production, establish standard work, process controls, and drive data-driven continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Facilities to ensure production readiness and scalable growth.
