This is a founding backend role for an AI-powered product; you will design and build systems that orchestrate models, prompts, evaluation, and data flows under real-world constraints.
Design scalable APIs for mobile and web clients, ensuring latency, cost, and reliability meet production-grade standards.
Integrate LLMs, vision, and speech models and build orchestration pipelines with agents, tools, and workflows.
Implement prompt management and versioning, plus evaluation, logging, and feedback loops to improve user experiences.
Handle retries, caching, rate limits, fallbacks, and enforce security, privacy, and cost controls.
Work within a dense, senior, high-performance team that values clarity, ownership, and craftsmanship in production AI infrastructure.
