As the Principal ML Engineer, Growth, you will set the technical direction, architecture, and roadmap for growth-driven ML initiatives.
Partner with product teams to anticipate future technology needs and reduce developer pain points.
Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs that increase user visitation and engagement depth.
Advocate for Growth engineers, establish standards, and mentor teams while building a world-class internal platform.
Own comprehensive technical plans and decisions affecting the Growth program and collaborate with 125+ partners.
Requirements include 10+ years as a hands-on engineer and technical leader, deep expertise in ML at scale, deep learning, generative AI, deployment, and strong communication.
