Design and optimize assembly processes for BESS cabinets and modules to maximize throughput, safety, and quality.
Conduct time studies, analyze labor and equipment utilization, and apply lean principles to improve line layouts and workflows.
Collaborate with Plant Management, Maintenance, HSE, and Quality to resolve production and safety issues.
Lead or co-lead capacity planning initiatives for new facilities, including the development of a 638,000 sq ft manufacturing footprint.
Develop work instructions, train teams, and deploy manufacturing processes for new products and technologies.
Support CMMS development, preventive maintenance planning, and cross-functional initiatives with occasional travel.
