Design and implement new algorithm components within a production dispatching system to meet evolving requirements.
Integrate state-of-the-art optimization and machine learning techniques to improve dispatching efficiency and quality.
Analyze logistics data and build models to translate insights into production-ready algorithms.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and operators to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.
Require a PhD or Master’s in operations research, industrial engineering, computer science, or related fields with 3+ years of experience in complex optimization or metaheuristics.
Demonstrate strong programming fundamentals in object-oriented and functional languages and the ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making.
