This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying production-grade, multi-turn LLM-powered features for clinician-facing experiences.
Build and maintain Python backend services that integrate LLM agents with the platform, including tool use and RAG pipelines.
Implement prompting, grounding, and safety strategies to optimize outputs in clinical workflows.
Establish AI feature quality testing, evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy and hallucinations, and manage CI/CD/version control for model workflows.
Collaborate with medical, product, analytics, and engineering teams to reflect real clinical reasoning and practitioner workflows, aligning with data contexts.
Stay current with the latest LLM research and emerging AI technologies to continually improve capabilities.
