The Mechanic-Plumber provides prompt, high-quality repairs to ensure safe and well-maintained facility conditions.
Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
Works independently on complex building systems and may respond to emergencies 24/7 as required by the role.
Supports preventive maintenance planning, inspections, and records management using computerized management systems.
Orders supplies, evaluates new equipment, and contributes to standards of quality and productivity for the facilities.
Must meet lifting, ladder/scaffolding, and safety requirements, with up-to-date licenses/permits.
