Lead the design, development, and operation of core Safety AI systems that scale data generation, labeling, and evaluation for platform safety.
Fine-tune and deploy open-weight multimodal models (text, image, video, voice) as agents to create synthetic datasets and high-quality automated labels.
Build robust data pipelines and human-in-the-loop workflows to ensure safe, compliant, and continuously improving AI.
Develop benchmarks and evaluation frameworks to measure model behavior, data quality, and downstream safety impact.
Architect systems for continuous learning with weekly gated rollouts and tight feedback loops from real-world failures.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, policy experts, and safety specialists to translate safety challenges into scalable, production-grade AI solutions and establish best practices.
