Software Engineer (L5), GenAI - Observability

Design and implement the distributed backbone for AI-driven analysis, inference, and orchestration within observability. Build robust ingestion and correlation layers that unify signals from logs, metrics, traces, and alerts across cloud and on-prem environments. Optimize real-time workflows for actionable recommendations and automated root-cause analysis. Collaborate across Observability, SRE, and Platform teams to scale AutoSRE as a self-serve, extensible AI agent for Netflix engineering. Own the full software lifecycle—from design and development to testing, deployment, operation, and support—and mentor teammates along the way.
