Root cause the major defects present in the search experience and define data-driven strategies to fix them using ML, DL, and LLM approaches.
Propose and implement scalable, state-of-the-art solutions for search quality, ranking, and widget performance.
Deliver end-to-end ML projects—from data analysis and model development to deployment and monitoring in production.
Establish automated data analysis, model validation, and serving pipelines that scale with user demand.
Run rigorous A/B experiments, analyze results, and translate insights into product requirements and improvements.
Mentor junior engineers, foster cross-team collaboration, and contribute as a thought leader to advance ML capabilities across the organization.
