Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Predictive Systems

Lead the technical strategy for ML and decisioning systems addressing risk, fraud, and abuse across multiple product ecosystems.
Act as the technical domain owner, shaping architecture, integration, and operationalization of AI solutions to enable rapid feature delivery with safety and trust.
Own the production lifecycle of risk systems, converging data, features, models, and controls into scalable defenses.
Define durable abstractions and decisioning patterns to standardize risk strategies across domains and influence core ML infrastructure.
Lead cross-team efforts to integrate new data sources, signals, and event hooks into production risk systems; establish data quality and observability standards.
Provide technical leadership during threats and SEV incidents, guiding rapid mitigation while preserving long-term system health and engineering velocity.
