As a Sr Data Engineer on the AICOE team, you will lead the development of analytical ML-powered solutions built on datasets spanning billions of transactions.
You will productionize data-driven AI/ML applications and data processing pipelines, ensuring scalability, governance, and reliability.
You will guide and mentor junior engineers, allocate work across teams, and oversee performance management.
You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data analyses and technically feasible solutions.
You will standardize and automate ML product development to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines while driving scale.
You will champion Responsible AI practices, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure data privacy and compliance throughout the ML lifecycle.
