Senior Data Engineer

The Senior Data Engineer will be part of the Automation & Engineering Team, responsible for implementing enhancements and periodic refreshes of an enterprise-wide data platform. This role collaborates with the VP of Analytics & Metrics and FP&A to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions that support the business as it grows. The candidate will bring hands-on development skills and the ability to interpret end-user needs into robust data architectures. Key duties include writing performant SQL to source data from centralized repositories, designing relational and multi-dimensional databases, and developing ETL workflows (Alteryx) with thorough data validations. You will drive data quality initiatives, automate data extraction and validation to ensure timely and accurate releases, and support SOX compliance and audit requirements. Finally, you will engage with customers, present findings, and navigate change management within an Agile Finance environment.
