Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Platform Engineer

Oversee and maintain the platform infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Partner with Development and Product teams to design and implement strategies that boost performance, reliability, and scalability.
Identify single points of failure and provide cost-effective remediation while enforcing policies, standards, and security controls.
Lead patching, lifecycle management, change management, and incident response, coordinating with Security and Compliance for remediation.
Manage data backup, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and vendor relationships; maintain VMware, Nutanix, and Dell PowerEdge hardware.
Document architectures, runbooks, SOPs in Jira/Confluence and ITGlue; mentor staff and drive continuous improvement.
