Mobile Engineer

As a Mobile Engineer, you will maintain customer service centers in an industrial environment, performing day-to-day and preventive maintenance.
You will repair and troubleshoot plumbing, HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, and related systems, using a CMMS to manage work orders.
Inspect installations for building codes and safety compliance, ensure systems operate within design specifications, and oversee work by outside contractors.
Maintain building lighting, grounds, and perform trades such as welding, carpentry, locksmithing, and furniture assembly as needed.
Respond to emergencies, document all activities via PDA, and coordinate with the team to minimize downtime.
Requirements include a high school diploma or trade school, 4-5 years of relevant experience, universal CFC certification, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
