Finance Manager - FP&A

As a Finance Manager - FP&A, you will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for corporate operating expenses while supporting cross-functional business units.
Partner with senior leaders to provide analytics, strategic plans, and targets, enabling informed decision-making through P&L analysis and risk/opportunity reviews.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analyses and bridge comments, and present insights to senior leadership.
Ensure alignment between business unit strategy and financial forecasts, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data analytics.
Support the monthly close and consolidation, deliver variance analysis for multiple units, and lead cross-functional projects such as inventory and production analysis.
Ideal candidate has 6+ years of FP&A experience, a Finance or Accounting degree, manufacturing exposure, and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
