Staff Portfolio Data Analyst

The Staff Portfolio Data Analyst acts as the technical authority for portfolio data within the Platform Business, designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines integrating program management, finance, and operations into a single source of truth. You will lead the design and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytics products to help leadership monitor portfolio health, performance, and value realization. You will own the ongoing portfolio reporting cadence, delivering automated dashboards and recurring reports (budget vs. actuals, delivery metrics, and resource data) to enable day-to-day visibility. You will perform hands-on querying and data validation to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy across systems, and identify opportunities to automate manual workflows. You will define and enforce data quality standards, governance practices, and maintain data lineage and business rules in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will mentor junior analysts and partner with Finance and Data Strategy to align portfolio metrics with ROI frameworks, ensuring trust in numbers and executive-level clarity.
