La posizione
Coordinate proposals and presentations, scheduling milestones and reviews with project champions and managers to ensure on-time, high-quality submissions.
Lead creation and editing of marketing materials, including statements of qualifications, brochures, resumes, boilerplate content, and visuals.
Organize design and production with graphics staff to ensure branding consistency and professional layouts for proposals and presentations.
Support client development events, conferences, and tradeshow activities, including booth logistics and attendee coordination.
Track activities by maintaining databases and generating internal reports and PowerPoint decks to inform pursuit strategy.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications/marketing or 2 years of related experience (or 6 years without a degree); proficiency with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop preferred or willingness to learn; valid driver's license.
