We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to grow and maintain an online presence across social media and company websites.
This hybrid role focuses on social media strategy, content creation, and website content management to support digital communications.
Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, managing content calendars, curating engaging content, and tracking engagement and performance.
Maintain website updates, ensure SEO best practices, and collaborate with developers or agencies for technical fixes and enhancements.
Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms to prepare monthly KPI reports and inform improvements.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience with websites and social media, a bachelor's in marketing or related field, strong written and verbal communication, CMS proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
