Provide proactive legal guidance on a full spectrum of U.S. labor and employment matters to HR leadership and business partners.
Counsel on transactional and compliance issues, including policy development, contract review, and risk assessment across jurisdictions.
Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and high-level performance or conduct matters with strategies for settlements when appropriate.
Oversee outside counsel for complex litigation, ensuring budget adherence and favorable outcomes.
Support HR operations in reorganizations, reductions in force, and transactions, including post-closing employee integration or offboarding.
Develop and deliver HR-related training, keep employment policies up to date, and advise on OSHA investigations and workplace safety matters.
