La posizione
As a Legal Counsel, you will serve as a strategic advisor on commercial transactions and privacy matters for a fast-growing data privacy technology company.
Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
Collaborate with sales, product, implementation, and executive teams to align contracts with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Conduct legal research and monitor evolving privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and global standards) to guide implementation.
Develop privacy training materials, contribute to client-facing white papers, and articulate regulatory risks in pre-sales conversations.
Requirements include a JD with active U.S. bar, 3+ years in SaaS/tech, experience drafting complex agreements, and familiarity with privacy frameworks; certifications are a plus.
