A Construction Site Manager is required to supervise day-to-day site operations on a rural conversion project near Winchester, ensuring health and safety regulations are met and maintaining project quality and programme schedule. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, liaising with project stakeholders, and managing on-site activities. Candidates should possess at least five years of relevant experience, alongside certifications such as SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness. Proficiency in construction management software, notably Procore, and holding a full UK driving licence is essential.
