Le poste
Contract, on-site Lead Wedding Coordinator role with flexible scheduling and weekend availability.
Create detailed wedding timelines and manage day-of operations to ensure seamless ceremonies and receptions.
Advocate for the couple, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues while guiding all vendors.
Oversee ceremony and reception setup, decor placement, seating, signage, and overall venue logistics.
Directly coordinate vendors, greet teams on-site, and manage on-site communications and setups from morning through teardown.
Requirements: 2+ years of wedding or event planning experience, strong communication and detail orientation, reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and weekend availability.
