Supports HR operations with a focus on onboarding coordination and employee records maintenance.
Manages Paychex onboarding activities, ensuring compliant documentation and policy alignment.
Tracks staff trainings, licensing, and accreditation requirements to support regulatory compliance.
Assists with employee relations, performance documentation, and confidential HR records.
Coordinates incident reporting, workers’ compensation processes, and handbook updates.
Assists leadership during audits, licensing renewals, and accreditation reviews while monitoring regulatory updates.
