Le poste
The Customer Communications Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of strategic and operational customer communication plans within Livv Housing Group. The role involves overseeing various communication channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing external partners for mail and distribution services. The manager will cultivate positive customer perceptions and support the wider marketing and communications team in producing engaging content. They will lead, motivate, and evaluate a team of two, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Regular monitoring, budget management, and stakeholder engagement are key aspects of the position, which also requires maintaining alignment with corporate strategies.
