Le poste
A construction estimator computes cost estimates, prepares tender and bid submissions, reviews technical drawings, and analyses quotations. They interpret project documentation, including specifications and technical drawings, to ensure accurate figures. The role requires highlighting potential risks and communicating effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software is also necessary. This position involves supporting project handovers within a busy, fast-paced environment.
