This role focuses on designing and deploying scalable AI/ML models that deliver personalized customer experiences and measurable business impact.
Work end-to-end on modeling workflows—from scoping and data exploration to feature engineering and model validation—within a Center of Excellence framework.
Build production-ready solutions using Python, Spark, SQL and big data technologies (Hadoop), including XGBoost, Transformers, and sequential models (RNN/LSTM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven signals (e.g., Data Tokens) and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Stay current with AI/ML trends and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and implement robust, scalable data science practices.
This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore with partial remote work; you will drive strategic data science initiatives.
