Le poste

The role of the glazing and cladding estimator involves preparing detailed cost plans, reviewing technical documentation, producing comprehensive pricing for refurbishment and fire safety projects, developing relationships with subcontractors, and identifying commercial risks and opportunities. The estimator will support bid strategy development, collaborate with delivery teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in pre-construction processes. Technical competencies required include interpreting drawings, specifications, and working knowledge of refurbishment, remediation, and compliance-led projects. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience within façade remediation or fire safety projects are essential. The role primarily focuses on projects in London and the Midlands across a diverse project portfolio.
