Le poste
An Estimator is responsible for supporting the tendering process by preparing project cost estimates, building relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to identify opportunities and manage risks. The role involves estimating project costs and resources, preparing competitive tender submissions, and supporting value engineering initiatives. Estimators need to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favourable terms and build strong commercial relationships. Technical skills required include proficiency in Excel and estimating software, along with attention to detail and effective communication skills. The position requires experience working with main contractors, ideally Tier 2 or above, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities.
