Le poste
The HR Administrator supports the HR team with onboarding, training, payroll, and benefits inquiries. You will manage employee records, track compensation and performance reviews, and assist with open enrollment. You will process payroll timesheets, resolve payroll issues in Rippling, and ensure data accuracy. You will coordinate HR projects, schedule meetings, and plan company events and trainings. You will assist with recruiting: posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. You will provide backup receptionist support and coordinate IT setup for new hires, while maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
