Le poste
The Communications Manager supports the Head of Corporate Communications by managing public relations, social media, stakeholder and employee communications. They coordinate national and local PR campaigns, oversee media responses, and develop communication strategies aligned with organisational goals. The role includes content creation for internal platforms, website management, and social media growth, ensuring messaging consistency and campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities also involve supporting the Barratt Redrow Foundation's storytelling and stakeholder reporting initiatives. The position requires excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and experience advising senior management on communication strategies. Knowledge of social media, media relations, and impact of AI on communications are essential in this role.
