MACOM seeks an AI/ML Development Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions within the company, collaborating across teams to identify AI opportunities for productivity enhancement. The role involves developing custom AI agents, fine-tuning large-scale models, and integrating AI tools while applying expertise in AI engineering and solution deployment. Candidates should possess strong programming skills, experience in agentic AI systems, and knowledge of cloud architectures and model providers.
