Le poste
Provide timely, accurate customer support by handling inquiries, processing warranty orders, and generating RMAs.
Research and create RMAs for warranty claims and order errors to ensure efficient resolution.
Assist with processing spare parts and equipment orders, including international/intercompany orders.
Support inside sales activities for spare parts and coordinate scheduling for onsite training and field support.
Manage training logistics, travel arrangements for trainers, and user access to the online training platform.
Maintain relevant documentation, issue training certificates, and contribute to process improvements.
